Summary of Dispute

I purchached a newToshiba 32" tv from Best Buy 3 months ago, a week ago the tv just stopped working. It said it came with a year warrenty but i have called the company over and over and they just give me the run around! They tell me they have no manager for me to speak with and that Best Buy is responsible not them. I do not recommend buying from this company because they will not help you in any way they are only out to make thier money and do not back up their product!! The saddest part is that now i have no tv and no possible way to buy another one!!
