Comcast said I agreed to $162.12 and I did not agree to that amount. My Account on a page on my account states that my bill is $159.51. For the last 3 months my bill has never been the same. They up my bill without telling me. I have to call them every month concerning my inconsistent bills. I getting tired of them and their billing and customer service departments. They, also, won't change my bill due date from the 15th of the month to the 25th of the month. We are on Social Security and get paid the third Wednesday of the month. The third Wednesday is never the same every month, it could be any day between the 18th and the 23rd of the month. Please Help us with these two issues. Thanks
