Placed order which showed it would ship from Utah they took $ right away. Than received email to expect delays due to COVID. Than when I reached out to see status they sent me tracking info. saying it shipped but it shows no details since May 20th doesn't confirm where it actually is. When I asked them they said it takes time for customs clearance. I said there shouldn't be customers from Utah to Iowa. They than gave excuse it shipped from overseas due to COVID. Still not update to tracking info. they state since it shows shipped they refuse to refund or cancel the order. They have done nothing but lie be dishonest.
