Summary of Dispute

I bought and paid for a 341 dollar orderon July 9th. It says it can take up to 30 days to be shipped. I have a screenshot of that statement. Its been twice that long. I sent dozens of emails with no response. I filed a dispute with my credit card then I got an email saying they will not cancel any orders still with no information. Still to this day it's not been fulfilled or shipped. I want my money back because I needed the stuff I ordered so had to place an order with another company therefore do not need the products anymore .

This company doesn't reply and has horrible customer service. Since this I have found literally hundreds of people with the same experience. I dont know how a business can just take peoples money not provide the services I paid for and not respond. How is that not theft or fraud. I can't afford to spend 350 2 times but I had to. I just need my money back.
