Summary of Dispute

I signed up for Uber Eats with a $100 gift card and my debit card for cash balances on orders. My debit card was immediately frozen stating it violated term of usage. Never used the card at Uber. I have been in touch with Uber for a very long time everyday thru email. They send their standard letter about terms of usage. I started talking to them on Twitter and they said they lifted the freeze yesterday the 24th..today I get an email the card if froze again and they do not know when they will release the freeze. There is no reason for the freeze the card is valid and never used. So, I can not use the $100 gift card because of the freeze
