Summary of Dispute

On May 10th 2021 I was told that it would take 3 days to re-applotter and fill the seat in my truck. May 13th I was told that the person doing the work had been sick for the past 3 days but that it would be done May 17th. On that day I was told that the owner Alex had to send it back to the shop because he sat on the seat with a wet paint brush in his pocket and got paint on the back of the seat. So now it wouldn't be ready until May 21st. On that day I called to pick it up and was told that the person working on the seat didn't have enough material to do the job. So he had to order more from Seattle. But it would be done by May 27th. I went to pick it up on May 27th. And he did take $200. off the price from $700. for the seat. I had them put 2 door pins in the drivers side at the same time on May 10th. That was done.

After dealing with stall after stall. I went down on May 27th to get my truck. He didn't call me to say it was ready for pick up. My wife drove me there. I was feeling a little upset from all this but didn't want to make a seen about it. We paid Alex and I got my keys. It looked fine as I got into the truck so I drove it home. When I got to the house I was getting ready to put my tool bag behind the seat. But it wouldn't tilt forward. I went to the passenger side to try it but that didn't work ether. Then I seen that the passenger seat belt was not in the hole it was suppose to be in. I called Alex at his shop and told him about the issue. He said that he didn't understand but that I could bring it back to the shop on June 1st. I told my wife that because we were not going to be in town that week. That I was going to take it back now. I was showing the issues to Alex and one of his workers. But he was acting like he couldn't see them. I got pissed and they told me to leave the area.
