I was fraudulently charged for Amazon prime membership which I never registered to. When I found out and called customer service miss Melissa. She accepted to refund all the money. They only refunded 6 payments of $ 13.44 . And refused to return the rest of it. I need help please

The only returned back to me $85.22. I would like help collecting rest of the 26 or more charges the made on my credit card without authorization from me. They changed my Discover credit card for more than 26 months. I didn’t find out because I owed the card never used it was trying to make monthly payment to pay it off.
