I placed an order on May 14th, 2020 through The Beauty Mug Company Website for a camera Lens that they were running a special on. I was told that it would be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks. On June 3rd, I sent an email to get an update on my order. I received a response back from Jenya Romanski on June 5th stating: So sorry for the late reply, we apologize for the inconvenience. Things are pretty crazy the moment with a short staff, we will reach out to you in 2-3 weeks to help assist and get you all set Please check your spam folder for updates as well. We will contact you soon. Best regards, -Jenya Romanski The Beauty Mug Company Customer Service Rep I have since sent out 3 consecutive emails and have not gotten a response. When I placed the order, they instantly took my payment. But now I don't have the product they promised, and I've lost money with it as well.
