Summary of Dispute

In early February I ordered a Dream Cloud mattress online. Initially I was informed it would be shipped within two weeks. I did not receive it. Over the next two months I contacted the company by phone three times. The first time I was told they were behind because of Covid. The second time I was told it was ready to be shipped and they were waiting for transport. The third time I was told it would be here in two weeks. I was also told they would send me a set of sheets as a consolation. Two weeks have passed and I have received nothing. Thursday last I called the company once again. This time I was told it was going out “any day“ and they would call me the next day, Friday to give me tracking information. Today is Saturday and I have received no such call.

I really want the item I purchased. All sorts of recommendations have told me it is a very good product. However, if they don’t send it to me in the next week I will have to ask for a full refund.
