Summary of Dispute

I have not been charged but a value was Required. Please don’t use my name if business is contacted because they are quick a6t evicting tenants for less than nothing. My question applies to unauthorized chrgs to all tenants. Since we have heard this is private property, can they make up their own rules and charge us any amount on things they THINK are unsuitable to them and the business? Example charge tenants 150.00 per week if our yards aren’t mowed to satisfaction in their opinion. They make rules as they go along with out it being in our lease. Please reply back to me before contacting them because I don’t want them to make me move. Thank You Kindl
