Summary of Dispute

I have cell phone insurance with Asurian. Inner screen of phone blu up on Tuesday 6 July 2021. After repair store said it is not repairable. Kricket. Gave me Asurian’s number to call. Even paid co-pay same day. I’ve been on phone with them constantly since. Sent everything they asked for 4 times. Affidavit and drivers license included. Store manager confirmed and reassured Asurian many times that all info is correct. It is July 29 and still nothing. Only excuses why they are not honoring their word. My insurance is paid. Store manager is dumbfounded at Asurian’s incompetence. The first co-pay disappeared. On Friday July 24 2021, I paid the co-pay again with the promise that I would have my phone in 3 days. It’s been 6 days without a word from Asurian. I paid my insurance. Didn’t miss one. Goes off with automatic payment. My phone is not made anymore. The Samsung Galaxy S10 plus. Even if the next model costs more, they must honor their insurance. WHAT NOW?? Can you help please

Still nothing after 23 days. The first person, Rokia, I spoke with on July 6 said that I would have my phone the next day after I made the co-pay. That is actually how it is normally done. Anyone else who ever had a phone claim confirm that. I have taken the broken phone with me to the store manager every time I go there for help with this issue ,as evidence that phone is truly broken. I’m not trying to scam them I am 62 and does full time volunteer work. People can only contact me by phone, which is given on our website : Wild Again In Mississippi. I also go for chemo every 2 weeks at West Clinic. They can only contact me by phone. I really need a phone. I could buy another phone BUT I PAID INSURANCE FOR THIS VERY REASON. Not to have unexpected expenses on top of medical expenses. I am using my husband’s phone today. Can you big pretty please help I would really appreciate it Petronella May
