Summary of Dispute

They are selling skin care products and over promised and vastly underdelivered on promises made. None of the prices were showcased. Told a number that is almost 2 times more expensive than exact same products sold online from the manufactures. Was told that they have an exclusive and only place to get these products. That they have a special license to sell these products only and have endorsements via the KC Chiefs and PGA, can't get at these discounted prices anywhere. ALL lies. Found after doing some research and can buy directly from vendor much cheaper. Also, told that Maria Carey is owner and both she and Oprah are endorsing too. Ask for a refund and got a run around... told all sales are final, receipts states, however, when asked about return policy we were told that "they'd take care of us if we didn't like or wasn't fully satisfied." Another lie. To close the deal, were given a $75k piece of equipment as long as I bought $25k tool. It retails for $250, not $75k.

I am trying to get a full refund and return the products that haven't been used. None of them have. Told that because they opened them in the airport to help us carry less, that now that they are open, they can't take them back. We didn't ask them to unbox, nor was it needed, but they did, and my feeling is to help promote the NO REFUND argument for them. We are in a dispute, and I don't want the products and don't want to pay them for what was sold to us as a bunch of lies stacked on top of more lies. I have reached out to the sale team to ask them to unwind, got a run around. Reached out to the business, and getting some run around, but maybe some potential resolution, but have been told since I reached out to AmEX to dispute, I'd have to quit the dispute for them to talk to me about a fix. Feels like another scam in the making and don't want to get taken again.... so, for now waiting on them to call me back with a solution and if I continue with the dispute or not.
